Due to the unparalleled growth experienced by Fresh Approach Produce we needed to move to new offices to provide the extra space and facilities that the growing team required. The move has also allowed us to consolidate all of our team into one open plan office location that will allow even greater synergies between the farm, procurement, technical and sales teams.
The location of the new office puts us in the heart of our own farm and growing areas and overlooks our own crops. The new facilities that we have gained allow considerable improvement and investment such as the product quality lab that will allow us to manage and benchmark quality for our growers and customers to continue to improve our competitiveness and service.
Given the farming location our new offices have allowed us to maintain a very low cost of operations that are essential to a lean and efficient operating business.
