Following the announcement before Christmas, I am pleased to advise that QV's acquisition of Greyfriars (UK) Limited completed on Monday 23rd January 2012.
Greyfriars UK Limited has now become the 100% subsidiary of QV Foods Limited and, for the foreseeable future will continue to trade as a separate profit centre within QV so for much of Greyfriars and QV it's 'business as usual' at commencement.
We would like to welcome the Greyfriars team to the business.
